FastLax Fall

Grab more touches in this hour-long scrimmage-based program. Teams will be divided up each week by tossing sticks into a pile for Coaches to separate. Games will be played in a 3v3 or 4v4 style based on the number of players. Shifts will last between a minute and a half and two minutes in length. Faceoffs will only happen at the start of each game or after halftime. When a goal is scored, just take the ball out of the net and start playing. The field is shorter, the pace is faster. This is my son/daughter's first-time playing lacrosse. Are they still able to participate in the FastLax program?

Although this program is intended for players with previous lacrosse experience, we will accept first-time players. Please note that this is not a basic instruction program. Players should have a grasp of basic lacrosse skills (scooping, throwing, cradling) and basic rules of lacrosse, as these will not be explicitly taught during the program.
